Frequently asked questions

Do I need experience to start?+

No. Most people who come have never done yoga. Every pose is explained from scratch and there is always a gentler version. If it is your first time, say so when you book and Maira will keep it in mind throughout the class.

I am not flexible. Can I do yoga?+

Yes — and that is exactly the reason to come. Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a requirement to start. Nobody arrives flexible.

What is Sampoorna Yoga?+

Sampoorna means “complete” in Sanskrit. It integrates postures (asana) with breathwork (pranayama), deep relaxation, and meditation into a single practice. The difference from gym yoga is that the goal here is not exercise: it is leaving with a calm nervous system.

What should I bring?+

Comfortable clothes, water, and your mat if you have one. If you do not have a mat, let us know when you book and we will lend you one. Nothing else is needed.

How much do yoga classes in Aguada cost?+

Right now classes are free while we build the community. Space is limited to 10 people, so booking is required. When that changes, everyone already attending will be told well in advance.

In Spanish, but Maira speaks English and adapts the class if someone needs it. Let us know when you book.
